Evan turned 2 and is such a little man.  He has so much personality and is fun to watch!  He's not speaking as much as we'd like him to but it's sure to come soon.

Grandma and Grandpa Taylor arrived with homemade blankets for everyone.

Everyone was pretty cozy!!

Spring Trip to Pinetop

We took advantage of Spring Break and headed up North to a resort in Pinetop with the Campbells!  It was the PVC at the Roundhouse Resort.  We loved every minute of it.  We had a roomy 2 bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and everything we needed.  It was adjacent to a resort with a recreation center and an indoor pool.

The very first night David and I miscommunicated about the keys and we got locked out!  There is not always someone there in the office so we had to use the emergency phone and call someone in a nearby city to come let us in.  It was about 10 p.m. and we were tired but the kids love telling that story. :) You gotta make memories!

We had fun eating yummy food, playing games, throwing horseshoes, swimming, playing mini golf and ping pong and watching movies!  We were very reluctant to come home!

It was a little cold and rainy while we were there but we still had so much fun.

Toddlers playing raquetball

Our last day there was this boy's 2nd birthday.  More on that later

The kids loved having their own room

February Happenings

Evan is always moving.  He's a busy busy boy!  He spends most of the day outside, he loves it so much.

And he loves stand at the counter to eat chocolate chips when I'm making cookies

We went on a preschool field trip to the farm!

Anna LOVES to color and draw

These days she usually has a crayon in her hand.

Evan's other title (besides brother, Evan boy, stinker, etc) is Daddy's little buddy.  David LOVES that Evan enjoys helping him with projects.

He doesn't quit; even when he's sweaty and red-faced

If he gets to be by Daddy's side, he's content
