David sat down with Cyrena the day after Thanksgiving to write a letter to Santa. She had been looking at toy ads the past few days and had her eye on a few things. It was really cute watching her tell her dad exactly what to write and then of course she had a turn with the pencil. She asked me for an envelope and 'stickers' (stamp and return address label). She got the letter all ready to send and then carried it around all day. It still hasn't made it's way to the mailbox, she wanted to hang onto it. :) And yes, this is after breakfast and yes that is a piece of pie that David had for breakfast.

Aww how sweet!! My kids have already done their Santa letters too. My favorite time of the year!! What a cutie pie she is. Merry Christmas Cyrena Dean!!
so cute! I had pie for brunch today myself. =)
Of course this is breakfast, you can tell by her hair; it's still looks nice and fresh :)
That is a great shot of her writing the letter. Nice camera work! She is so cute and independent. I hope that all is well and sleep is becoming familiar again! You're awesome.
Sooo cute! Love the pictures. So what did she ask for?

Those are great pictures Jenna! They will be lots of fun to scrapbook!
That is so cute! We are doing the same thing this weekend and I can hopfully send it off soon so she can get a letter back before Christmas.
p.s. Look at you wonder mom Cyrena's hair is done befor breakfast!?! I'm liucky if Cam's hair is done before lunch! :0)
Did I tell you that last year when Steve was working in the office he got to answer letters written to Santa? You can mail them locally and they have volunteers write a letter back to the children. I think its ironic b/c Steve was born on Christmas day- so maybe he has some Santa in him?
How sweet! She is working really hard. And what other breakfast is there the day after Thanksgiving!?!
Great pictures! My kids well they know, if you know what I mean. So they have resorted to cut and paste so that Dad and I don't get "CONFUSED" about what they want. WAIT! Despite what the brothers say Maggie has decided she still "BELIEVES". And I WISH that Santa was well you know because it would save me MONEY.
Such a cutie! You're pix really are great. What kind of camera do you have?
I don't like to look at your blog too much cause it makes us miss AZ, but it's so fun to see you!!
