Snow fun!

Last year we tried to take Cyrena out in the snow and it was pretty disastrous. She HATED every minute of it. This year was much improved. That's not to say there wasn't any whining or crying, but she enjoyed herself a lot more. She loved 'digging' in the snow (similar to digging in the sandbox but we substituted a flower pot full of snow), building a snowman with daddy and Jacob, and throwing snowballs at Jacob and Daddy. Their snowman made us all laugh.......they worked so hard on it!

That's a cute snowman! We haven't built one yet. I go out to shovel snow, throw out trash, and check the mail. All other outdoor activities that are optional have to wait until the temperature rises above 50 degrees. Do you need a new neighbor in AZ? ;)

It sounds like you guys had a fun trip. I love the snowman! I have to say even though I grew up in snow, I would cry too if I had to go in it now!!!

Did you take the pictures yourself? I love that first one of Cyrena, it's really cute. I suck at taking pictures!

What a fun Christmas! Snow, cute cousins, and a sleigh derby! I'll bet it was fun for everyone to see Natalie too. Makes me miss Utah. Not sure when we'll be out that way again for Christmas but it would be so fun to hang out! Happy New Year!

I'm glad she liked it better this year :O). How fun to be around it for a little bit, and then come home to perfect AZ winters!!

Now this is much better! Mitch said it was totally mean of you to send your Christmas card which was all sunny and warm as we were freezing and buried in snow!

Love you guys!

That looks like such a blast! Ava keeps asking me when it will snow so she can build a snowman. I haven't had the heart to tell her, "never". We'll have to take a trip for her sake soon!
