A couple of weeks ago we had Stake Conference. We were assigned to go to the 1:00 session. So we had a lovely, lazy morning. Part of it was spent playing on our bed reading books together.
GROUNDBREAKING NEWS: Cyrena was supposed to be upstairs picking up the mess she made in the preschool area (a daily occurence). She was up there for awhile and I assumed it was because it was a BIG mess. David got home from work and I told him she was upstairs, so he went to see how she was doing.
This is how he found her-on our bed.
She's never done this before.
Never, ever fallen asleep spontaneously (except for a couple rare times in her high chair and once at church--but those were over 2 years ago!)
She even goes the whole drive to Utah with only a 15 minute catnap.
WOW, I was shocked. So shocked that I grabbed the camera, took pictures and some video footage.
David woke her up since it was after 5:00. She was mad and didn't believe us that she had fallen asleep. Luckily I had solid evidence to show her that proved otherwise. Boy did she giggle.
Cyrena's playgroup pals. She looks forward to playgroup every week so she can play with Logan, El, and Bode.

Bode just did the spontaneous nap thing the other day! I was amazed.
Playgroup is fun for all the little kids. Bode always is so worn out by the end, so I know he is playing hard.
Your girls are so cute. I love when my kids fall asleep spontaneously...unfortunately that only really happens when they are sick and not feeling well.
Is that Chicka Chicka Boom Boom out of the Cheerios box? I definitely recognize it. In fact, that was one of Brady's favorite books (he loved when I shook it when the letters all fell off the tree) until he ripped it apart on a road trip. Oh well, I still have it memorized.

those are the cutest pictures ever! It just kills me we are not living closer! that is so funny Cyrena wouldn't believe you! I heard Grandma and Grandpa are going to "March" with her. ;-)
I love the pics! And I esp love when kids fall asleep! Except when my kids do it they are up till 11. Not fun:)

Great update! Did I tell you I love the baby chubs yet? I just can't get enough especially since my own baby/toddler is losing hers. Boo-Hoo!
