Cyrena is 4...finally!!

Everything the last few months has centered around Cyrena turning 4. "When I'm 4 I will wear my shoes loose" "When I'm 4 I won't throw fits anymore" "When I'm 4 I will go to the dentist" "When I'm 4...." "When I'm 4....." "When I'm 4....."

So now it's official.....she's FOUR !
(and believe me, you'll hear about it)

We went to a Christmas movie and lunch with a few of her chums the Saturday before her birthday

Here's she's sporting a watch and chopsticks she received from Logan. He (and his mom) know her well.

A free birthday sundae...could this day get any better?

A couple days later was Cyrena's official birthday. While we were at the store, I let her pick out a doughnut. She's only done this once before so it was a BIG deal. She picked out a Christmas doughnut and we let Natalie have one too...you can see how much she enjoyed it.

She got a 'new to us' bike courtesy of Craigslist

She requested a train cake, it was fun to make

A few words that describe Cyrena:
*stubborn
*smart
*friendly
*talkative
*short-tempered
*spiritual
*musical
*interested
*observant
*memorable
*technical
*bossy
*fun

I am so glad that Cyrena Dean's day was so awesome! As she is such an awesome kid she deserves it! What a cutie patootie!

And that Natalie Dean with the Doughnut all over her face is precious!

Looks like she had a wonderful birthday and of course you made a cute cute cake... you'll have to send the instructions!

Just a little tidbit on the bike - she is a lot like Ty so I thought I would pass on the info. Ty could not get the hang of not pushing the pedals backwards and learning to only push forwards so A LOT of frustration and impatience was shown. We had to talk A LOT about practicing and really helping him - much more than I ever thought was normal! We wish you a good experience with the bike! :)

My life would not be complete without Cyrena Dean! I love her so much! Our girls turning 4 this December was frightful, but they are so amazing at 4. If Natalie is ever missing from your home one day, call me-I just want to take her and snuggle with her forever. thanks for letting us be a part of the festivities!

I can't believe four years ago all us Trend girls were pregnant...time does fly. Cyrena has gotten so big and beautiful and her little sister is just as cute. Cameron said he went to lunch with David last week and had a good time catching up. Take care!

What fun birthday celebrations as well as Christmas. Good luck on the sled race next year, David :)

Whew, that was a lot. I don't know that little girl in the first picture (probably your niece?) but her scowl is awesome.
