The family that sweats together.......you know the rest

Papa Bear.............. Mama Bear............ and baby bear

Since Natalie's birth it's been hard to get to my workout at the church between her napping and teaching preschool, etc.  So I ordered some new Biggest Loser and Jillian Michael dvd's to workout at home.  David said he wanted to do them at night with me.  I never knew how fun it could be to work out with your husband!  We've been having a good time.

However, one night a sneaky, naughty, cute three year-old came out of her room and observed us jumping and sweating in front of the television.  She was hooked.  She never knew we could do that at our house and she wants to do it all the time!  So now, we work out after Natalie goes to bed but before Cyrena goes to bed.  The three of us have a jolly old time together.

As you would guess Cyrena talks incessantly the entire time.  Here's a conversation (one-sided as it was) she had with her dad.

Cyrena:  I love your tennis shoes daddy.

David: *grunt

Cyrena:  My tennis shoes are purple and I love them, do you like them?

David: *sigh

Cyrena:  I have black tennis shoes too but I'm wearing my purple ones

David: Cyrena I can't talk right now!

Cyrena:  Yeah, I'm wearing my purple tennis shoes.  I love to exercise.  Her name is Jillian.

David: *chuckle

Cyrena:  I need a break, I'm going to get some water..... (exit right to the kitchen)

please excuse my heavy breathing, I stopped mid- workout to take this

I think she wins for cutest personality in the world. What a cutie. I am so impressed you are doing that workout-I have heard it is super tough. Let me know how you like it, I may have to buy it too.

I have the "Biggest Loser Bootcamp" too. And I never knew I could workout so hard in my living room. Good luck with it, hopefully we both can get some results.

Bode loves to do it with me to. Although he does the whole thing with me "toddler style" but never gets winded. I wish I was three.

That's so funny. Why is it that kids LOVE to exercise? I wish that stayed with us into adulthood. Carson and Parker love doing Tae-Bo with me. I think they just like learning new ways to punch and kick. :)

Jenna, I say anyone who gets to work out with you is very lucky. I remember many times laughing (most recently at your church trying to do Yoga) with you while trying to work out. That also reminds me of the days Brooke Porter and I used to laugh in Coach Bone's high school aerobics class. Ah, good times. I miss having a work-out buddy.

Looks like fun! Wish someone could join me for some workouts on the treadmill but he's sitting in front of the TV eating and sippin' on his diet drink!!

That was so cute Jenna. Work those arms Cyrena Dean!! Now breathe and go. Ha ha.

You are so lucky. In our 14 years of marriage I have tried and tried to get PD to work out w/ me. He won't do it. He thinks he is too 'cool'. Which just makes me laugh cuz if ever there were someone who wasn't cool its PD. LOL

That is the cutest thing ever, I love it! My kids like to count my sit ups, or if once in a million years Chris does push ups they run and take a flying leap onto his back for a ride...and some free added resistance for Chris
